Salorio Mandel, A group of people whose nothing had been done except by being a notorious in Cebu city Philippines, the group Salorio Mandel had been escape from prison a month ago but right now the police are still tracing their where abouts and the people looking after the group also because the government are giving a huge amount of rewards on pointing on where the group hiding.

I'ts a national threat for us to know that there are escaped prisoner who are just around the corner waiting for somebody to become their victims.
